Warranty Conditions
This warranty applies only when all conditions below are met:

The product is installed by a licensed plumber or licensed tradesperson where applicable.

The product is installed and used for domestic residential use only.

The issue is caused by a manufacturing fault in the product.

Proof of purchase is provided, including the purchase date and order number.

The product is installed strictly in accordance with the installation instructions.

The product must be inspected upon delivery and before installation. Any visible damage or missing parts must be reported before installation.
Warranty Will Be Void In The Following Cases

Proof of purchase cannot be provided.

The product was installed while faulty or damaged, or the product was damaged during handling or installation.

The product was not installed by a licensed plumber or appropriately licensed tradesperson.

Incorrect installation, or installation not in accordance with the provided instructions.

Unsuitable or improper use, misuse, abuse, or modification.

Normal wear and tear.
-
Inadequate maintenance or failure to follow care instructions.

Use of harsh detergents, abrasive cleaners, or any cleaning agent not recommended for the product finish.

Chemical, electrochemical, or electrical influences, including water chemistry outside normal domestic conditions.

Exposure to environmental factors that are not suitable for the product, including corrosive or high humidity conditions beyond intended use.

Door and drawer alignment or adjustment is not considered a warranty issue.

Products purchased as ex display, clearance, or on sale may be excluded where the invoice or receipt states no warranty.
Warranty Remedies
If a valid claim is approved, our warranty is limited to one of the following at our discretion:
Repair, replacement, store credit, or supply of missing parts only.
Labour Not Included
Labour is not included under any circumstances. This includes removal, re installation, call out fees, inspection fees, and any costs charged by plumbers, installers, or other trades. We are not liable for any property damage or indirect loss arising from installation or use.
Important Information
We are only liable for the product itself. We are not liable for incidental or consequential losses.
